This notice explains how Barqa uses information when you browse this website, register interest in a property, request a call, or send your details through a Barqa lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your name, phone number, property preferences, contact consent, and preferred call time when relevant. An email address is optional when registering property interest.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a Barqa lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you entered (such as your name, phone number, email address and property preferences) with Barqa, together with the form and ad the request came from. We use this only to contact you about the properties you asked about, and we store it in the same customer-management system as website requests. Meta's own handling of your information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

How your request is handled

Your request is stored in our customer-management system so authorized staff can respond, confirm availability, discuss property options, and arrange calls or viewings. Submitting an interest request does not reserve a unit or require payment. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. We keep a request for as long as it is needed to follow up on your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it.

Security and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and form verification, and Supabase for the catalogue, customer records, and staff authentication. Verification and request limits use technical information such as your IP address to help prevent automated or repeated submissions. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

Information stored on your device

Saved properties are stored in your browser on this device. You can remove them using the saved-properties page or clear them through your browser settings. Staff sign-in also uses browser storage for authentication.

External content

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, images from Unsplash, and map tiles from OpenFreeMap (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). Your browser connects to these services when displaying that content.

Correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us at any time to correct your details, stop follow-up calls, or delete the information we hold about you, including information that reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.

To ask for deletion, email caserfire2552005@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the name and phone number you used. We will confirm by email or phone once your information has been deleted from our customer records. You can also tell your Barqa advisor, or request a call and explain your request.
